Parenting seminars

Western Suburbs Weekly - - Western opinion -

PARENTING specialist Maggie Dent will launch Quintilian School’s parent education series on June 28.

The co-educational school for playgroup to Year 6 will run the series of talks in June, July and August to guide parents on raising children, with a range of speakers addressing several topics.

Principal Neil Collins said staff were excited to offer this chapter in parenting education.

“We believe that offering parents a platform for learning is just as important as teaching our students,” he said. “Being able to bring the likes of Maggie Dent and other fantastic child specialists to our parents and the wider community is something we are incredibly enthusiastic about.”

Seminars are open to the public and will be held at the school at 46 Quintilian Road, Mount Claremont, with 6pm arrival for 6.30pm start.
