This is un­be­liev­able, de­spite mas­sive sup­port from the com­mu­nity. When will the coun­cil start lis­ten­ing to ratepay­ers? They are so risk averse it’s not funny.

That is why Su­bi­aco is dy­ing; have you seen how many of­fices are for lease? It used to be so vi­brant and the place to go to shop and eat.

Cr Burns says it's a de­ci­sion for SAT. If he didn't want to make de­ci­sions for the ben­e­fit of the whole Su­bi­aco com­mu­nity, why did he stand as a coun­cil­lor? This was a plan­ning de­ci­sion only and rec­om­mended twice by coun­cil of­fi­cers. Per­haps it's time he was re­tired come the next elec­tion, if he can't bring him­self to vote in the best in­ter­ests of the com­mu­nity.
