NEW to the Perth fashion scene, Elle et Lui specialises in designer Portuguese shoes.

Owners Sammy and Alda share European backgrounds and an appreciation of the drama of fashion and design and wanted to introduce something new and fresh to the Perth fashion market.

“Not many people are aware of the reputation of Portuguese products, their shoes in particular are the world’s best-kept secret,” Alda said.

“Portugal is number one in shoe manufacturing technology and hence some of the bigger high-end fashion houses are now producing their collections in Portugal, names like Prada, Moschino and Bally.”

Elle et Lui’s collection of shoes and accessories focus on quality, craftsmanship, design and unique details. Sammy and Alda base their collection choices on the most versatile trends coming out Europe, ensuring many of the pieces can be dressed up or down and are suitable for minimalist and maximalist wardrobe styles.

This means they can cater to a wide clientele looking for an everyday pair of shoes or something for a special occasion, ensuring you do not have to compromise on quality, comfort or style.

“All of the designers we work with produce their shoes with traditional handmade methods, which means close attention to detail is their top priority,” Alda said.

Elle et Lui is located at Shop 2, 4 St Quentin Avenue, Claremont.
