GUIL­LAUME Brahimi reck­ons he got the best view of the Crown Tow­ers con­struc­tion.

The Bistro Guil­laume chef said he watched each stage of con­struc­tion from the ve­randa of his restau­rant at Crown Perth.

Guil­laume hosted Perth’s me­dia at his restau­rant fol­low­ing an ex­clu­sive walk through of the po­ten­tially six-star ac­com­mo­da­tion and fa­cil­i­ties on Fri­day.

He de­scribed the new ad­di­tion to Crown Perth that is set to open in De­cem­ber as mod­est on the out­side and of the high­est qual­ity be­hind the ex­te­rior walls.

While the chef is based in Mel­bourne, he’s an ad­vo­cate for WA re­veal­ing his Mel­bourne restau­rant re­ceived a de­liv­ery of mar­ron every sec­ond day and went through 40kg of our State’s truf­fles this year.
