RECOVERY SESSION FOR CYCLISTS

Western Suburbs Weekly - - Street Watch -

WITH cycling more and more popular for commuting, the number of bicycles being stolen is increasing. Fortunately, a high number of bicycles are recovered. However, locating the owners can be difficult. If you’re a bike rider take the time to write down the serial number of the bike and also take a few photos. That way if your bicycle is stolen, you have the necessary information which will assist police in not only locating your bike but also identifying the owner. Also, make sure you have a good quality bike lock. - Senior Sergeant Peter Arancini
