Mindful movement for child wellbeing
THE Exercise Therapist in Mosman Park is hosting two five-day workshops as part of its new Breathe Easy and Junior Strength & Conditioning programs for children aged 10-17.
Children will get a chance to experience mindful movement practices, physical exercises for mental wellbeing and illness-injury prevention in a fun and informative workshop.
The program also includes information about healthy food choices for bodies and brains and the science behind how anxiety and stress affect the mind-body relationship.
The first program runs from September 27 to October 1 and the second from October 3 to 7.
