HELP STOP THEFTS FROM VEHICLES
OPERATION Beaches 2016 is covering beach carparks in the western suburbs and west of the CBD after many thefts from vehicles recently. We will combat the theft of valuables from vehicles. This follows the recent theft of valuables from nine cars in Bold Park, two in Rochdale Road, Mt Claremont, at City Beach, and one in Swanbourne, all between 6.30am and 7.30am on September 26. All beach users must remove valuables from their cars, and report any suspicious activity, car registrations and times of any incidents so we can map any vehicle that the thieves may be using. - Senior Sergeant Carole Vernon
