FOODIES are set to delight in Perth’s latest dining adventure Bite Sip Stroll next month.

The event, which has taken off in Brisbane will feature four of the city’s most premiere dining destinations, including The Trustee Bar & Bistro, 1907 and The Flour Factory.

The brainchild of three selfconfessed food lovers – Ben Daly, his girlfriend Maddy MagiProwse and his sister Carly Griffin – the culinary concept sees four groups of foodies rotate between the four award-winning fine dining destinations, strolling from restaurant to restaurant to enjoy the fare.

“After debuting Bite Sip Stroll in Brisbane with a sell-out premier event earlier this year we’re really excited to be taking it on the road and are thrilled to have four incredible restaurants on board to showcase the concept to Perth,” Mr Daly said.

“We’re confident local foodies will embrace this new approach which was inspired by Europe’s dining culture and which gives guests the exclusive opportunity to indulge in not one, but four fine dining experiences at multi award-winning venues.”

The Flour Factory owner Andy Freeman said he was excited to see the event come to Perth.

“There are so many new venues now, it’s a great way to get out and experience all the venues,” Freeman said.

“I’ll be joining in the journey to see what I might have missed.”

Guests will enjoy a glass of champagne on arrival and dine on a unique dish designed by head chefs, matched with wine by experts from wine selectors tasting panel who will also be on hand at two locations to chat to diners and offer free samples.
