THE operators of the new Park Regis Subiaco, which is being built at 500 Hay Street, are seeking a seven-day liquor licence.

The proposal for a hotel restricted liquor licence, allowing the venue to sell and supply liquor for consumption on the hotel premises for lodgers and their guests, and packaged liquor for lodgers, is open for comment via https://www.surveymonkey.com /r/parkregissubiaco.

The four-star hotel will open in late 2017, featuring 168 premium rooms, a rooftop bar and swimming pool and conference and function facilities.

Development spokesman Paul Collins said that for Perth to be considered an international destination, there needed to be increased activation in the suburbs for tourists and locals.

“This includes offering a variety of accommodation and licensed venues which will add a new dimension to existing facilities in the area,” Mr Collins said.
