Footy on board

Western Suburbs Weekly - - News -

WHEN it comes to things we love in Perth, few things rate higher than footy.

And what better way to highlight our love for the great game by getting our two teams – the West Coast Eagles and the Fremantle Dockers – on board as part of #SnapPerth 2016.

Eagles coach Adam Simpson may have lived in Perth for only four years, but has already developed a fondness for the sense of community he feels here.

Having moved from Melbourne to take the top job at the Eagles, Simpson said he, his wife and his four children enjoyed City Beach during the warmer weather.

Fremantle mascot Johnny Docker threw his weight behind the #SnapPerth campaign in place of head coach Ross Lyon, who is away on leave. Johnny enjoys surfing and swimming.

Adam Simpson.
