Mum rocks fitness for Telethon kids

FITNESS trainer Sarah Ware will host a charity boot camp in Nedlands for Telethon this weekend.

The Nedlands mum to ninemonth-old Eloise launched her new business Body Rockers last month.

Mrs Ware swapped her advertising career for fitness when she was pregnant with her daughter.

“I started studying (the Master Training course) when I was pregnant and have been training people since she was two months old,” she said.

“I worked in the city for two years but have always been passionate about keeping fit and doing exercise.

“It’s all team motivation, so rather than just the normal motions of training in a gym there’s lots of partner work and group sessions.

“When you work with someone else you motivate each other and work harder.”

Mrs Ware, who exercised throughout her pregnancy and after giving birth, is also running a fitness class for mums who can bring their babies.
