Tigers to meet Freo in final
CLAREMONT-NEDLANDS bowled out South Perth for just 69 as they qualified for the final of the One Day League, with a strong display in the semi-final at Cresswell Park on Sunday.
The Tigers will meet Fremantle in the final at the WACA Ground on Sunday, March 5, while Saturday’s win over Willetton has them a step closer to the Premier Cricket minor premiership.

Subiaco Floreat pulled off a stunning victory over Midlandguildford at Lilac Hill to move within one point of the top six with a couple of rounds to play.
Chasing 259, Alex Malcolm led the way with 130 at the top of the order, with the opener finding some much-needed form.
Aaron Lilly continued the onslaught with a powerful 113 from 118 balls to bring his side to the brink of victory.
Jason Behrendorff (38) and Andrew Holder (27 not out) finished the game off in style as the visitors recorded 8-387.
Because of the wet and wild weather, University’s match against Joondalup at Iluka Sports Complex had to be abandoned without a ball being bowled on Saturday.
