THIS new two-storey home has not one pool, but two, and a gas-heated spa.

Selling agent Natalie Snooks said the spa was built out towards the ocean and had outstanding views.

“And, for the thrill seekers, there is a diving deck to the second pool below, which is 3m deep,” she said.

The owners wanted to create a contemporary beach house, where ocean views could be enjoyed from many of the rooms, and architect Karlene Marzec and builder Rokbuild Homes successfully brought this vision to life.

On the first floor, there are magnificent views from the living room, dining room and well-appointed kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops and quality appliances.

The dining area opens to the large alfresco area, with built-in barbecue and servery access to the kitchen, pool and spa.

Imagine the parties you could hold there, or summer evenings spent relaxing in the spa with an icy beverage.

In winter sit by the two-way fireplace with feature marble in the living area and watch the storms roll in over the ocean.

There is also a games room, two bedrooms with walk-in robes, bathroom, study nook and powder room on this floor.

The ground floor includes a huge activity room, bathroom with access to the pool area, cellar, fourth bedroom and master bedroom with his and hers walk-in robes and large ensuite with freestanding bath.

The master bedroom also has ocean views and opens to a terrace and the pool area.

The house has been finished to a high standard and includes polished concrete and oak flooring, feature Aspen stone cladding, security system and ducted reverse-cycle airconditioning. ■
