THIS stunning two-storey home has won awards and it is sure to win hearts.

In fact, selling agent Tim Caporn said it was attracting so much attention they brought the auction forward a week.

“This property really has the wow factor and we've already had 70 groups view the home,” he said.

“In particular, it has attracted a lot of interest from larger or extended families, highlighting that there really aren't a lot of good quality properties on the market to suit these buyers.”

The home was built in 2012 by award-winning builder Craig Sheiles Homes and the bathroom gained industry recognition.

Local landscape architect Tim Davies designed the gardens, which won a commendation in the Town of Cambridge's best garden award.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is on a 1045sq m corner block and has 618sq m of floor space.

Inside, the NSW blackbutt flooring gives the living areas a warm, golden glow, while high ceilings add to the feeling of openness and space, and floor to ceiling glass lets in plenty of natural light.

There is plenty of room for a family to spread out and enjoy themselves in the open-plan living/dining/kitchen zone, gym, theatre room, study, and upstairs lounge room with kitchenette and balcony access. ■
