FROM the street, this might look like a two-storey home, but it has a hidden third floor – a 60sqm basement that creates a huge second living or entertaining area.

“The basement is a great retreat at the end of a long day – read a book, watch a movie or just settle in with a glass of wine,” the owners said.

“It also makes a fabulous entertaining area.”

The low-maintenance home was built a year ago and the owners said it had all the luxuries and the perfect amount of space.

“There is also lots of natural light throughout the home, which we love,” they said.

The ground floor includes an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The well-appointed kitchen has Bosch appliances, Caesarstone benchtops and lovely views through the front courtyard gardens to established trees and Berrington's gardens and grounds across the road.

Bi-fold doors in the dining area open to the rear courtyard, with timber decking and feature planter.

The top floor includes the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with floor-toceiling tiling and stone benchtops.

The magnificent master suite has a walkin robe, large ensuite with bath and double vanity unit, and city and parkland views.

The home is on a 209sqm block in a “dream location”.

“It's right on the Subiaco border with easy access to everything Subi has to offer, and centrally located to everything else such as the CBD and beaches,” the owners said.
