Western Suburbs Weekly - - Reviews -

IT is amazing what a clever design can do. Architect David Hillam has managed to incorporate 460sq m of living space on a 461sq m block.

The home also offers views of the city from the front of the residence and looks out across Stuart Street Reserve at the back.

The ground floor of this warehouse-style home includes the garage, a bathroom, kitchenette, huge gallery with 4m-high ceilings, office and courtyard.

The formal lounge, which opens to a balcony, is on the first floor along with an open plan living/dining area and kitchen that flows through to an entertaining area, with built-in barbecue, and garden terrace.

Three bedrooms, which all open to balconies, two bathrooms, a second laundry and an activity room are on the second floor.

The home is in an attractive area with cafes in walking distance and the free CAT bus nearby.
