PERTH foodie fes­ti­val Eat Drink Perth was launched in style at Art­house Dine on Thurs­day night.

The pop­u­lar event, which runs un­til April 9, will fea­ture four weeks of de­li­cious din­ing events over 12 cat­e­gories from brunches to late-night treats.

Lord Mayor Lisa Scaf­fidi said fes­ti­val fa­nat­ics and food fanciers could re­joice in the events that catered to ev­ery­one.

“Perth has proven it’s a city of foodies who crave the culi­nary arts,” Ms Scaf­fidi said. “Eat Drink Perth is a cel­e­bra­tion of event din­ing, of­fer­ing a slice of Perth’s lat­est hotspots and trends to re­fresh your palate.”

More than 70 venues and 100 of­fers are ex­pected to en­tice vis­i­tors to try some­thing dif­fer­ent.

“This re­freshed Eat Drink Perth cam­paign is more in­clu­sive by de­sign, with updated cat­e­gories re­flect­ing the de­mand for a gas­tro­nomic ex­pe­ri­ence, no mat­ter your tastes or bud­get,” Ms Scaf­fidi said.

“Whether you live or work in the City, or visit once ev­ery so often, there’s some­thing for ev­ery­one at Eat Drink Perth 2017.”
