Subi set to party again

BISTRO Felix restau­rant is the place to be on Satur­day, April 8, when Subiaco comes alive for the sec­ond an­nual Subiaco Street Party.

The Rokeby Road favourite will fea­ture a pop-up al­fresco cham­pagne bar, of­fer­ing the per­fect sanc­tu­ary to en­joy fresh oys­ters and the best view of the street party, or even a game of their ‘Al­ley­way Pa­tong.’

More than 40,000 peo­ple are ex­pected to take to Rokeby Road and Hay Street to cel­e­brate Subiaco’s rich cafe-strip cul­ture.

The free com­mu­nity event will of­fer var­i­ous stages of en­ter­tain­ment, street bars,live art, fash­ion, shop­ping, fam­ily fun, rides and

more.

The street party is big­ger this year, ex­tend­ing down Rokeby Road all the way to Roberts Road, where the ex­cit­ing new Latin Quar­ter will be.

Colom­bian cui­sine from La Playa will be on of­fer, as well as Pin­chos Span­ish and Mex­i­can, along with street mu­sic, piñatas and out­door seat­ing.
