IT is alleged a Greenwood man (37) fraudulently used stolen gift and credit cards from a car on Kings Road between January 27 and January 28.
“We will allege he used the gift card at home to buy alcohol, including high-end whiskey, to the value of about $350,” Sergeant Jason Griffiths said.
After an investigation, Wembley police searched the home and arrested the man, who was charged with possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of stolen property and fraud.
He was bailed to appear at Joondalup Magistrates Court on April 21.
POLICE say a man was assaulted when he took a bar stool he thought was not being used at the Cheek Nightclub about 1am on March 1.
The pictured man is suspected to be the stool’s previous user.
A MAN was robbed of $4 cash and a credit card while walking on York Street about 10pm on March 18.
“The thief just walked up and threatened to physically harm him,” Senior Sergeant Julie Foley said.
The robber was described as slim, about 1.75m, with short, dark hair and dark clothes, who was accompanied by a woman with a child in a pram.
The robber, woman and child were last seen walking towards Roberts Road.
■ POLICE are seeking two women who walked into Woolworths, Subiaco Square Shopping Centre, selected items then left without paying, about 1pm on February 27.
The identities of the pictured women can be reported to Crime Stoppers.
THERE have been five home burglaries in the riverside suburb between March 16 and March 20.
Senior Sergeant Julie Foley said an imac computer was taken from an unlocked Stirling Highway home and an iphone and cash were taken from an unlocked Wellington Street home between March 19 and March 20.
Overnight on March 18, a torch, electric bicycles and jacket were among items taken from a garage at a Riverview Place house, and two guitars were taken from an unlocked garage at a Bryant Street house and a handbag from an unlocked Bryant Street house, both overnight on March 16.
