MOSMAN Park feline Spongebob has a thirst for learning, it seems.

The Bayview Terrace resident has become a regular visitor of St Hilda’s Anglican Girls' School, much to the amusement of students and staff.

Former student and tutor Emma Mccracken, who is friends with his owner, said she had encountered “Bob” many times.

“The first time I saw him he was surrounded by a group of students and I backtracked and was like ‘wait, that’s my friend’s cat. So I picked him up and carried him back to the house,” she said.

But Bob continues to cross the road and visit his friends at the school, becoming so familiar with the boarding students he has appeared in their year book.

Bob is a regular at St Hilda’s Anglican Girls’ School.
