Acton bolstered by addition

Western Suburbs Weekly - - News -

LOOKING to challenge himself and grow his career further, experienced agent Jason Kuriata has joined the team at Acton Cottesloe.

“I had dealings with Bev Heymans late last year and was very impressed by the way she operated,” he said.

“Acton is a big company and a very strong brand throughout the western suburbs and I wanted to surround myself with very successful agents, as that will push me to the next level too.”

Mr Kuriata will focus on sales in Mosman Park and North Fremantle as well as some new developments in Leederville, Mt Lawley, Inglewood and West Perth.

When asked how he saw the year ahead, he said while sales were up almost 45 per cent on the same time last year, choosing the right agent, good marketing and pricing were the keys to success.

“It’s simple: if you list with the right agent and engage with good marketing, the buyers will come,” he said.

“Most properties that aren’t selling are overpriced with no method. It’s like putting up a billboard in the forest – no one will find it.” ■
