Make-a-wish goal scored for Haiden

PERTH Glory and Venueswest came to­gether to cre­ate an amaz­ing ex­pe­ri­ence for Make-a-wish child Haiden Kelly, when he met Soc­ceroos lead­ing goal scorer Tim Cahill ahead of the Perth Glory ver­sus Mel­bourne City foot­ball match at Perth Oval last month.

Perth Glory fa­cil­i­tated a pri­vate meet­ing be­tween 12-year-old Haiden and Cahill at Mel­bourne City’s train­ing ses­sion be­fore game day, where Haiden re­ceived a team shirt signed by the Mel­bourne City team.

On match day, Haiden, along with four fam­ily mem­bers, at­tended a VIP box to watch the thrilling en­counter be­tween Glory and City which Perth won 5-4.
