Mas­ter­classes with Cooper on menu

UK chef Ge­orge Cooper is mak­ing a name for him­self in WA’S Mar­garet River re­gion.

The 29-year-old and his wife Kayleigh, who moved to WA in 2012 and chose to live in the South-west largely be­cause of the abun­dance of fresh pro­duce avail­able in the re­gion, is in­tro­duc­ing cook­ing mas­ter­classes to his Food by the Chef pri­vate din­ing ex­pe­ri­ences this win­ter.

Cooper will hold three classes from June 18 to July 8, including showstopping snacks, bread and tapas and choco­late.

Cooper has worked in kitchens across Eng­land and Aus­tralia, was named Young Chef of the Year in 2007 and ap­peared on the first se­ries of English Masterchef the Pro­fes­sion­als.
