Western Suburbs Weekly - - Local Focus -

HAVING been head chef and owner of two previous award-winning restaurants, Taweepong Sangsuriyaporn (Mhee), leads his team at the new Dusit Dheva Thai Restaurant in Northbridge.

Blending the flavours and inspirations from Thai traditions and Western culture to create a modern fusion, Mhee is continuing a next generation of Thai fine dining in a space that has been previously known for nearly two decades for delivering authentic Thai cuisine.

Having renovated the old restaurant with architect Lynette Chew-bogdanich from Archetype Design Studio, Dusit Dheva now exudes contemporary Thai elegance and warm hospitality, inspired by elements drawn from Thai culture and landscape such as screens, silk motifs, lanterns and lilies.

Mhee and his team invite guests to savour their authentically inspired Thai cuisine using fresh and seasonal local produce transformed into the signature taste of Dusit Dheva.
