MILAN MY SHOE DOCTOR

Western Suburbs Weekly - - Health -

MILAN My Shoe Doctor owner Milan Uskokovic was travelling in Europe when he first discovered Easyfit arch support orthotics at an orthopaedic expo.

“I had taken cheap shoes on my trip and they were making my feet sore but the Easyfit arch support orthotics turned them into comfortable shoes,” he said.

He is now the sole importer of Easyfit arch support orthotics. “Both my wife and I suffer from plantar fasciitis and as a nurse it has been difficult for her to walk and stand for long period of time,” customer Dalibar Acimic said. “Since wearing the Easyfit arch support, we haven’t had any more problems with plantar fasciitis and have found the difference amazing.”

Milan has a degree in engineering with a postgraduate qualification in orthopaedics and was a practising podiatrist and shoemaker in Croatia and Germany from 1973, as well as in Australia since 1983.

All profits from the orthotics go to Helplink Australia Incorporated, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping people overseas and in Australia.

In WA, the organisation is specialising in men’s health through Men’s Sheds and similar projects.
