THE team at LJ Hooker Dalkeith-claremont was named LJ Hooker’s top office for 2016/17 at the network’s recent WA annual awards.

The agency also won the Digital Presence of the Year and Top Sales Office awards.

Principal Vivien Yap was also successful, being named the top-selling principal; selling more property in both volume and value than any other business owner in the network.

Phoebe Shi was recognised as the top sales assistant.

Mrs Yap said the success was the culmination of an embraced philosophy amongst her team.

“We’re a relatively young operation, but we’ve brought together a team that has exceptional experience and vision,” she said.

“We’ve got an absolute commitment to our customers and when the market is still in a challenging phase, customers appreciate every extra step you take that goes towards achieving the best possible result.”

LJ Hooker network chief Graeme Hyde commended the entire team on their efforts.

“In a relatively short period, Vivien and her team have established a benchmark within the western suburbs, our network and the wider real estate industry in regards to service and excellence,” he said.

“They are exemplary representatives of our iconic brand.” ■
