Fine way for mums group to keep fit
A GLASS of wine or chocolate bar could cost members of the Body Rockers FIT MUMS training group money but it will be Lighthouse Youth Homeless Foundation’s gain.
Body Rockers owner Sarah Ware is running a QUIT IT campaign this month, with proceeds going to youth homelessness.
The mums will give up a bad habit and if they slip up, they must send a photo of their blunder to the rest of the Body Rocker family and incur a fine, which will be donated to the cause.
“It’s a light-hearted challenge ahead of spring where everyone is aiming to look good and feel great,” Sarah said.
The mums train twice at College Park in Nedlands.
