VIVIEN Yap will be swap­ping her busi­ness at­tire for de­signer fash­ion in Septem­ber af­ter sign­ing on as a part­ner of the 2017 Perth Fash­ion Fes­ti­val.

The LJ Hooker Clare­mont prin­ci­pal is sup­port­ing the event, that of­fi­cially runs from Septem­ber 6-17, for the first time and is “very ex­cited about it”.

Yap, who loves her fash­ion, said she was sup­port­ing the fes­ti­val be­cause it pro­vided a great op­por­tu­nity for lo­cal up-and-com­ing de­sign­ers to gain ex­po­sure in the in­dus­try.

She said Ae'lkemi and Flan­nel were her favourite West Aus­tralian de­sign­ers.

LJ Hooker Clare­mont will be pre­sent­ing the Clare­mont Quar­ter Fash­ion Lunch at Beau­monde on the Point on Wed­nes­day, Septem­ber 6.

Yap said she had not de­cided on an out­fit yet be­cause she al­ways ended up chang­ing her mind at the last minute.

“But I will be seeking fash­ion tips from some very fash­ion­able ladies,” she said.

Spring­steen has used the club’s gym, while Hart re­laxed in the lounge area with a cof­fee from the cafe dur­ing his wife Pink’s re­cent tour.

The Sydney Swans and Bris­bane Lions foot­ball clubs also use the pool fa­cil­i­ties to cool down when they have a fix­ture in Perth.

Next Gen Kings Park turned 10 last month and cel­e­brated with a party on Satur­day night.
