Spring fair is music to students’ ears

Western Suburbs Weekly - - Fashion -

HOLY Spirit Spring Fair on September 2 will honour the primary school’s 50th anniversary and long-time involvement with music.

Past music students will attend to pay tribute to guitar teacher Dom Papa, a much-loved part of the campus’s creative community.

“It will be great for the school community to see how much the guys have developed in their skills over the last few years, as well as have a bit of fun with old friends,” Mr Papa said.

The school’s rock bands, The Electric Spirits and Stereoheads, will play with other school bands and performers.

Guests can also enjoy stalls, rides and family activities from 10am to 4pm at the City Beach campus.

The school is also calling for its alumni of students and teachers to be part of a history wall for the fair.

If you have any old photos or connections with the school, email info@holyspiritfair.com.au or call 9341 2551.

The fair raises money for the Creativity Centre, the innovation and creative hub of the school into the future.
