Western Suburbs Weekly - - Front Page -

YOUNG soccer players from across Perth playing five-aside will receive coaching from former Perth Glory player Mark Lee at Wembley Bowling Club from February.

Lee, the director of Pro Football Training, said there was a problem in Australia with putting too much pressure on kids.

“These sessions will provide lots of fun, maximum participation, maximising getting on the ball and getting friends for each team,” he said.

His company will provide training on the former bowling greens, which were redeveloped by five-a-side organiser and tournament operator Area 5.

The players participate in tournaments for ages from under 6 to under 15s during the first term of next year.
