Exclusive apartment living on Rokeby Road

Western Suburbs Weekly - - Liftout -

THE Rokeby, Golestani Developments’ latest project, will offer exclusive apartment living in a prime urban location.

At 368 Rokeby Road, Subiaco, the boutique development will include only 10 two and three-bedroom apartments and offer residents easy access to restaurants, shops and cafes along with Kings Park and the Next Generation gym, Subiaco Arts Centre, the Regal Theatre and new cinemas on Hay Street.

It will be an easy cycle or drive into the city and the train station is close by, with bus stops on the doorstep.

Golestani Developments manager of developments Hootan Golestani said the Rokeby was a new benchmark in residential development.

“The Rokeby reflects Golestani Developments’ commitment to progressive urban design and architecture through the delivery of spaces that draw from, and give to, their surroundings,” he said.

It has been designed by Matthews & Scavalli Architects and will pay homage to the original building’s well-known facade, with a modern take on the traditional balcony.

Each apartment will have its own private balcony/deck/terrace overlooking the streetscape.

Inside they will include well-designed living spaces.

Mr Golestani said the architects had crafted clean, simple interiors with their signature bespoke design philosophy.

“The attention to detail is obvious but understated,” he said. “The finishing, resolution and consideration of the space have been carefully nurtured.

“The end result is a well-resolved and well-considered space, inside and out.”

The Rokeby is scheduled for completion late 2019.
