■ ■ Extra $18 a week for minimum wage workers. The state minimum wage is set to increase from $708.90 to $726.90, with award rates also up by $18. About one-third of WA employees are covered by the state system, with the national minimum wage increased to $719.20.
■ $20 increase for vehicle license recording fee charges, $1.10 decrease in the registration recording fee for two licensed drivers, $1.55 increase for driver’s licenses and $9 increase for motor injury insurance.
■ $21 annual increase for the average household, with an increase to some fares 2 zones and longer. Student fares remain at 70c and Smartrider discount of 20% for autoload and 10% for other re-loads will be maintained.
