“We have en­joyed the beau­ti­ful park on our doorstep,” they said.

“The sense of com­mu­nity brings peo­ple out and we have made won­der­ful friends with our neigh­bours and their dogs.

“We also love the abil­ity to walk to res­tau­rants and shops and the con­ve­nience to Su­bi­aco, West Perth, down­town and UWA.”
