Pineapple and strawberry ice cream
2 cups pineapple chunks, frozen
1 cup strawberries, frozen ½ cup coconut milk, plus extra if needed
2 tbs sugar
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little extra coconut cream if needed. Enjoy in a cup or a cone.
