Fire warning

Western Times - - NEWS -

CUNNAMULLA police would like to remind people to exercise safety when it comes to fire. Nothing beats sitting around a fire in an open fire place, telling yarns, and listening to music, but no one wants to be fighting to save their family, pets or belongings if that fire gets out of hand. Police said an unattended fire can have disastrous consequences which can result in property damage, livestock destruction and in many situations, loss of life. Police also remind people to check their smoke detectors and make sure they are working as one day they may save your life. If you have information contact Policelink on 131 444.
