Pierre Khodja’s Camus is now open on High Street, Westgarth. The newest venture by acclaimed Algerian-born chef Pierre Khodja offers a space for people to gather, socialise and share food for the soul. Diners can expect a well-priced menu of honest food, crafted using quality produce. By combining the vibrant flavours and spices of North Africa with his classical French training and modern Melbourne sensibility, Khodja brings a new flavour combination to the city’s dining landscape. Starters include tantalising dishes such as bourek of spinach, goat cheese, mint and egg. Share dishes include steamed and seared goat shoulder with sweet onion and raisins.
