“KOOZA”, Cirque du Soleil’s latest Australian production highlights amazing acts of agility, balance and daring from a cast of extremely talented and enthusiastic acrobats and musical performers from all corners of the world. On at Flemington Racecourse, the show marks a return to the origins of Cirque du Soleil, combining two circus traditions—acrobatic performance and the art of clowning. The show highlights the physical demands of human performance in all its splendour and fragility, presented in a colourful mélange that emphasises slapstick humour. The show’s storyline follows The Innocent as he takes a journey of self-discovery through a comic kingdom of eccentric characters, electrifying thrills and out-of-the-box surprises.
