IT’S NO SE­CRET that the City of Greater Dan­de­nong is renowned for their di­verse mul­ti­cul­tural com­mu­nity. Af­ter all, it’s num­ber one in Vic­to­ria and num­ber two Aus­tralia-wide. Hav­ing such a mul­ti­cul­tural di­verse com­mu­nity not only ben­e­fits the lo­cals, but it also gives the many vis­i­tors an ex­pe­ri­ence of what Dan­de­nong, Spring­vale and No­ble Park have to of­fer.

Russell Bald, chef by trade with a ca­reer span­ning over 20 years, is an Am­bas­sador and Tour Guide for the City of Greater Dan­de­nong. Russell has worked as a chef at the Dan­de­nong Mar­ket, is a chef in­struc­tor at Chisholm In­sti­tute and also runs his own hospi­tal­ity con­sult­ing com­pany.
