FINE DIN­ING THE FRENCH BRASSERIE. French.

The cui­sine is a blend of Mod­ern French and tra­di­tional dishes by their head chef Lionel Abello. Favourites in­clude the per­fect gar­lic es­car­got, bouil­l­abaisse, cas­soulet and dessert favourite, crème brûlée.
