Ac­claimed pas­try and dessert chef Christy Ta­nia has just opened her first per­ma­nent venue Glacé in Wind­sor. Sweet tooths will love the ar­ti­sanal ice creams and sor­bets, with flavours in­clud­ing Boozy Date (sticky date pud­ding soaked in rum with vanilla ice cream and salted but­ter­scotch), Gin­ger Spice (vanilla ice cream with salted but­ter­scotch and gin­ger­bread crum­ble) and Cof­fee Caramel (caramel milk choco­late ice cream with Kahlua and or­ange cin­na­mon crum­ble). There’s also frozen desserts in­clud­ing ice cream eclairs, ice cream mac­arons and Christy’s fa­mous ice cream push pops, which com­bine cake sponge and lay­ered ice cream.
