Acclaimed pastry and dessert chef Christy Tania has just opened her first permanent venue Glacé in Windsor. Sweet tooths will love the artisanal ice creams and sorbets, with flavours including Boozy Date (sticky date pudding soaked in rum with vanilla ice cream and salted butterscotch), Ginger Spice (vanilla ice cream with salted butterscotch and gingerbread crumble) and Coffee Caramel (caramel milk chocolate ice cream with Kahlua and orange cinnamon crumble). There’s also frozen desserts including ice cream eclairs, ice cream macarons and Christy’s famous ice cream push pops, which combine cake sponge and layered ice cream.
