The Beauty of Japan at Kisumé

Where Melbourne - - Hot In The City -

Kisumé is a contemporary restaurant experience that’s built on duality. Their cuisine draws on the purity of Japanese food and injects it with a uniquely Australian sensibility. The Kisumé restaurant runs across two levels. On the ground floor is the wonderful Sushi Counter, which provides guests seated at the bar with a full view of their Sushi Masters preparing and rolling the freshest sushi, nigiri and maki for all guests in the restaurant. Downstairs in the Basement, the hot kitchen is abuzz with chefs preparing a range of cooked items for guests all day and night long. Upstairs is Kuro Kisumé featuring a bespoke dining experience at The Table, private dining, an incredible winewall and Chablis Bar.
