In celebration of the Na­tional Gallery of Vic­to­ria’s new ex­hi­bi­tion “The House of Dior: Seventy Years of Haute Cou­ture” Sof­i­tel Melbourne On Collins is serv­ing up a se­ries of cou­ture cock­tails cre­ated by mas­ter mixol­o­gist and Atrium Bar Man­ager, Marc Dasan. “The Par­fum” fea­tures Remy Martin VSOP, Tan­queray Gin, Earl Grey syrup, a dash of Pernod and grape­fruit bit­ters served in a glass per­fume bot­tle with a smoked fumed glass, while “The Flower” has Grey Goose Le Citron, Lil­let Blanc, Crème de Vi­o­lette and a Rose­wa­ter in­fused ice sphere with a frozen pink rose.
