A Taste of South America at Bohemian
Go on a culinary journey through South America at Bohemian, with a five-course degustation featuring South American-inspired dishes, crafted by Bohemian head chef Gerard Rodriguez. Paying homage to the culinary delights and traditions of South America, the dishes will be matched with eight unique wines from Uruguay, Argentina and Chile. Head sommelier Gavin Wraith and Lucia Caldna from Untapped Wines will present and discuss each wine as they complement each course.
