A Taste of South Amer­ica at Bo­hemian

Go on a culi­nary jour­ney through South Amer­ica at Bo­hemian, with a five-course de­gus­ta­tion fea­tur­ing South Amer­i­can-in­spired dishes, crafted by Bo­hemian head chef Ger­ard Ro­driguez. Pay­ing homage to the culi­nary de­lights and tra­di­tions of South Amer­ica, the dishes will be matched with eight unique wines from Uruguay, Ar­gentina and Chile. Head som­me­lier Gavin Wraith and Lu­cia Caldna from Un­tapped Wines will present and dis­cuss each wine as they com­ple­ment each course.
