THE FRENCH BRASSERIE. French.
The cuisine is a blend of Modern French and traditional dishes by their head chef Lionel Abello. FANCY HANK’S. American-style BBQ.
At Fancy Hank’s they serve American-style, slow cooked BBQ, using the finest quality free range meats, cooked using their custom-built, two-tonne smoker.
