The Gantry is a fine-din­ing res­tau­rant lo­cated in The Rocks led by chef Joel Bick­ford. Bick­ford has a pas­sion for re­gional pro­duce and ef­fort­less crafts­man­ship with in­gre­di­ents. This is show­cased in the beau­ti­ful cre­ations he de­liv­ers with his new menu. Start with goose liver, rhubarb and yams; or slimy mack­erel with potato, dill seeds and yo­ghurt. Try the belly pork with sea grapes, saf­fron, mor­cilla and squid, or the John Dory with sour pep­pers, green gar­lic and al­mond. You can en­joy an ex­press lunch here too with one or two cour­ses and a side, with a glass of wine, or try the five or seven-course de­gus­ta­tion menu with the op­tion of match­ing wines.
