The Gantry is a fine-dining restaurant located in The Rocks led by chef Joel Bickford. Bickford has a passion for regional produce and effortless craftsmanship with ingredients. This is showcased in the beautiful creations he delivers with his new menu. Start with goose liver, rhubarb and yams; or slimy mackerel with potato, dill seeds and yoghurt. Try the belly pork with sea grapes, saffron, morcilla and squid, or the John Dory with sour peppers, green garlic and almond. You can enjoy an express lunch here too with one or two courses and a side, with a glass of wine, or try the five or seven-course degustation menu with the option of matching wines.
