Pinot Palooza Re­turns

Aus­tralia’s largest an­nual Pinot Noir and mu­sic fes­ti­val is back! Com­bin­ing the ro­bust flavour of Pinot Noir with food from some of Aus­tralia’s best restau­rants and an amaz­ing mu­sic lineup, Pinot Palooza prom­ises a spec­tac­u­lar wine tast­ing and mu­sic event. Wine pro­duc­ers in­volved in­clude Curly Flat, Joseph Chromy, Ste­fano Lu­biana and New Zealand’s Pe­ga­sus Bay, while restau­rants such as Black­bird, Fro­mage Ar­ti­sans and Maker & Monger have lined up menus of grilled meats, cheeses and char­cu­terie to pair with your wines. All vis­i­tors to the fes­ti­val will re­ceive a Plumm Vin­tage Redb glass to take home af­ter­wards, and for the first time, cus­tomers can up­grade to a VIP ex­pe­ri­ence.

Fratelli Fresh Brings Ital­ian Flavours to the En­ter­tain­ment Quar­ter

The newly opened Fratelli Fresh at the En­ter­tain­ment Quar­ter boasts ca­sual al­fresco Ital­ian din­ing, au­then­tic hand-tossed piz­zas, meals and desserts, and a ver­dant in­door-out­door beer and wine gar­den. Their new restau­rant brings the taste and feel of Italy to the East­ern Suburbs, and of­fers home de­liv­ery by De­liv­eroo. Open till late and large enough to ac­com­mo­date 300 guests, Fratelli Fresh of­fers sump­tu­ous meals in­clud­ing lamb ragu, de­li­cious desserts in­clud­ing their sig­na­ture banof­fee torta, and a huge line-up of craft beers, as well as Ne­gro­nis on tap and bot­tom­less red, white or rosé wine with lunch.

Frenchies Bistro and Brew­ery Opens in Rose­bery

Chef Thomas Cauquil and brewer Vin­cent de Soyres bring clas­sic French bistron­omy to Aus­tralia at Frenchies Bistro and Brew­ery. Com­bin­ing the cosy at­mos­phere of a Parisian bistro with the in­dus­trial steel of a brew­ery, and filled with hand-crafted French oak fur­nish­ings, Frenchies is the per­fect place to en­joy good food and beer with your friends.
