In a nod to the grassroots Italian cuisine the Salt Meats Cheese group is famous for, their new flagship restaurant, Salt Meats Cheese Sydney, offers a modern take on classic Italian fare. The creative vision of Massimo Mele, this new restaurant offers a menu influenced by the food he ate growing up, customised to fit the needs of busy city clients, and brought to life by head chef James Roberts. Starters such as fried pizza and creamy burrata are highlights, while all the pastas are house-made, and the eight varieties of pizza are cooked with a crispy, Roman-style crust, making them a quick, easy meal.
