Swing­ing onto the din­ing scene, Kid Ky­oto is the brand­new iza­kaya restau­rant that dares to be dif­fer­ent. Here, the chefs are the stars, ev­ery item on the menu is a spec­tac­u­lar per­for­mance, and your din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence is a mu­si­cal jour­ney. Each con­tem­po­rary Ja­panese dish is in­spired by the mu­sic of the 80s and 90s, right down to its in­gre­di­ents, with stand­out acts in­clud­ing Smok­ing Salmon with wasabi pea and nori and Black Hole Sun Pork Belly with nori jam, ap­ple and picked radish. The ex­clu­sive Kid Ky­oto “In Bloom” menu is a guided tour through 10 sea­son­ally-se­lected dishes, while the drinks menu fea­tures wine, Ja­panese and lo­cal craft beer, whiskeys, gin and a cus­tom cock­tail menu cre­ated in col­lab­o­ra­tion with Archie Rose dis­tillery.
