US Chef Matthew Ken­ney Launches Alibi

US chef and restau­ra­teur Matthew Ken­ney has just launched his first Aus­tralian food con­cept Alibi at Ovolo Wool­loomooloo. Renowned as a pi­o­neer of plant-based cui­sine, Alibi is a ca­sual lounge-style restau­rant and bar of­fer­ing a plant-based din­ing menu with a fo­cus on in­no­va­tive, sea­sonal dishes. The venue also fea­tures a com­pre­hen­sive cock­tail menu and Aus­tralian-fo­cused wine list that mixes smaller pro­duc­ers with the clas­sics. The food menu will be over­seen by Group Ex­ec­u­tive Chef, Kasper Chris­tensen.
