Syd­ney’s hottest new din­ing des­ti­na­tion is Baranga­roo House from ac­claimed Aus­tralian chef Matt Mo­ran. Of­fer­ing a dif­fer­ent ex­pe­ri­ence across each level, the venue fea­tures House Bar, a re­laxed bar on the ground floor; Bea, a one-of-a-kind din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence on the first floor; and Smoke, an ex­pan­sive rooftop ter­race bar with in­cred­i­ble views over Dar­ling Har­bour. Chef Cory Camp­bell over­sees the kitchens to de­liver fresh, in­no­va­tive and con­tem­po­rary Aus­tralian cui­sine. Housed in­side a stun­ning, curved struc­ture, the venue is a visual mas­ter­piece in­side and out.
